Description of Works Undertaken:

The installation of new LTHW underground heating mains from the existing below ground boiler plantroom to 7no separate housing blocks supplying heating and HWS services to 288no flats.

The works included maintaining the existing heating a HWS services during the course of the installation works, ground excavations, trenching, civils, earth, grass, concrete and pathways reinstatement works, builders works that included the construction of external block by block valve and services housings.
