Description of Works Undertaken:
The installation of 5no roof level gas boiler plantrooms, heating risers and distribution services over 5no tower blocks, installation of 516no HIU’s, radiators, hot water cylinders, heating pipework, the modification of the existing hot and cold water services, heating and hot water controls within each dwelling.
The works also included the installation of ground level gas meters and external steel gas risers to the roof mounted boiler plantrooms.
