Description of Works Undertaken:
The installation of 4no 107kW cascade mounted condensing gas boilers, boiler flue works, 1no 430kW plate heat exchanger, pipework, LTHW heating chemical flushing and dosing works, Trend BEMS and controls etc.
The works included new power and lighting and builders works within the basement boiler plantroom prior to the installation of the new gas boiler plant.
