Description of Works Undertaken: 

 

The installation of 2no wall mounted condensing gas boilers, commercial type 6 bar rated HWS plant, CWST and BCWS pump system, water softening equipment, the installation of new heating, hot and cold water services.

The works also included the installation of supply and extract MVHR units, AC cooling and heating units, wet underfloor heating, new gas meter, gas, water and electrical main servicers, hot, cold, gas distribution services, above ground drainage, small power, internal and external lighting and electrical services throughout the property.
