Description of Works Undertaken:

The installation of 3no cascade mounted condensing gas boilers, LTHW buffer vessels, BEMS, controls and associated services. The works also included the installation of pre-insulated underground heating services, HIU’s, radiators, heating services and controls within each dwelling.

Each block was supplied from its own heating pump, above and below heating services. Temporary gas boiler plant was installed maintain the heating and HWS to the building whilst the works were being undertaken.
